| Products: What is a gift message on the order form? Gift Message is a note that is on the packing list. It is a little message to let a recipient know who sent them the gift. It will not be printed on the item. Ex: Dear Jen, Happy Birthday ! Love, John What items are available with inside printing? There are some items that are available with inside printing. Additional fee apply to print on inside. I like to order an embossed item with ink but the order form do not have an ink option, please help? Ink is not available with embossed items. Blind embossing is a printing method where an image is pressed into paper resulting in a raised design. The embossing is termed “blind” because the design is formed without ink or foil. Would i be able to receive the envelopes in advance? I'm due in a few weeks but would love to have my announcements addressed and stamped and ready to go before i deliver. To have your envelopes shipped early, you must first select an announcement. On the order form, please type text that you would like us to print. (Once your baby is born, you may email, call or fax the name, date, time, weight and any change to the text). Under Special order instruction (which is shown after shipping/billing information) please type " Pre-shipped Envelopes”. For Pre-Shipped Envelopes there would be a shipping charge of $6.50 added to order. Are Accents available? Certain items are available with accents. You can include it when placing an order, if its an item that is not available with accent, we will contact you via email/or phone. Can I get a proof on my order? Certain items are available for proof. However, depending on the item, proof is an additional fee. We usually set up item similar to the sample shown online. If you are interested in an item but like to know the proof fee, please email us: cs@giftsinusa.com. Can I cancel my order? If the order is not in production we can cancel the order (cancellation fee may apply). Please note most orders go directly to production once receive. How do I create a monogram? For married couple, the correct format is wife's first name initial, last name initial, husband's first name initial. For example Jennifer Smith and Robert Smith -> JSR. For individual monogram, format is first name, last name, middle name. For example Jennifer Lynn Smith : JSL Can I order a gift with a gift message? Yes, many of our customers order gifts to be drop ship directly with a gift message. Each stationery order forms will give you the option to input the gift message at no charge. Gift message will appear on packing list. Do you offer business discount? Yes, we offer business discount. Please entered coupon code biz10 at checkout to receive 10% off each item. Can I return my order for a refund? No, Unfortunately GiftsInUSA.com are especially made to your specifications and are not refundable. If we misspell a name or send the wrong item, please let us know within 30 days and we will send you a corrected item. How do I order online? Majority of items have production time of 2-4 business days, but there are items that have production time of 3-5 days, 5-7 days, and 10-12 days. Each item will have a description of production time. Not all items will ship together. What Carriers do you use? All stationery orders ship via UPS ground, FedEx ground or USPS. (If order is request to ship to a P.O. If order is shipping to a company, please provide company's name, suite/floor number. Some items may be shipped separately to ensure each product is delivered as quickly as possible.
